Place an Order
Contact us via phone, email, or our online booking form to set a date, time, and preferred location for your notarization. Your order will be assigned to one of our certified agents. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.

Prepare Your Documents and ID
Ensure all documents are ready for signing (unsigned), and have your current, valid, government-issued photo identification available for the notary to verify.
Confirm and Meet
We will confirm all details, including the service fee. Your Brass City Notary professional will meet you at the agreed-upon location at the scheduled time to complete the notarization quickly and accurately.
Payment
We will send your invoice to the email on file on the day of
your scheduled appointment, the payment is due on the day of the
appointment after the appointment is complete.
